![]() I would like to be able to make this change to startup applications by doing something like running Task Manager at an elevated level so that the "Disable" button is available on the Startup tab. ![]() Within Task Manager's File | Run Task popup, there is no checkbox to 'run asĪdministrator' because I'm not using an administrator account. (Dell Sonic Wall Net Extender). When I run Task Manager as my normal login that's not-admin, the enable-disable button on Task Manager's Startup tab is grayed out. I would like to be able to disable a third-party program that has been configured to run at start-up. For everyday use, I log in with my domain account which is NOT a member of the machine's local administrator group. My computer is running Windows 10 Pro, on a domain. ![]()
